Orders, Shipping, Returns, etc.

Regular orders will generally ship in 1-2 business days. These are estimates only and sometimes there are unexpected delays. Please allow extra time to process after busy sale periods and during observed US holidays. 

All US orders generally arrive in 3-5 business days after processing. Delivery estimates do NOT include processing time. 

PLEASE NOTE: these are estimates only. We do not offer refunds or compensation for orders received outside these times.

Delivery time frames for international orders are dependent on how long the parcel takes to clear in customs. This is out of our control.

All taxes and customs charges will be customer responsibility and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge.

Taxes and customs charges vary depending on the Country and State of your shipping address. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that may be relevant to you. Wild Strides is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested or charged during the shipment of your order.

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept any returns.

However, if your product arrives damaged or defective please send photos of the product to info@wildstridespaper.com along with your order number, name, and shipping address and we will replace your item promptly.
